Only what you choose to send us through the contact and partner forms: your name, email address, phone number, practice name, and your message.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other sites. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Please do not send patient names, images or clinical details through this website. Case files and prescriptions are submitted through our secure case portal, which is covered by a business associate agreement (BAA) under HIPAA. Anything patient-related that arrives through a website form is deleted.

To reply to you, to set up and support your practice's account, and to keep a record of our working relationship. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for anyone else's marketing.

Only the service providers that run our business, each limited to the purpose they serve:

• Vercel: hosts this website.
• HubSpot: our customer relationship records.
• Slack: internal alerts so our team sees new messages promptly.
• Google Workspace: our email.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

For as long as we are in contact or working together, and after that only as long as needed for our records or legal obligations. Ask us to delete it at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@hjdentallab.com. We will act on it within 30 days.

Information is sent to us over encrypted connections and held only in accounts protected by sign-in and two-step verification. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a problem affects your information.

This site is for dental professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here.
